Abstract: MANUFACTURERS AND PROCESSORS OF CFCS ARE REQUIRED BY REGULATION TO REPORT ANNUALLY TO EPA ON AMOUNTS AND USES OF CFC PRODUCTION SO AS TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CFC BAN RULE. EPA USES REPORTS TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE AND DIRECT INSPECTIONS IN CASES OF SUSPECTED VIOLATIONS.
