Abstract: THIS FORM IS FILED WITH THE COMMISSION BY APPLICANTS WHICH PREVIOUSLY WERE GRANTED EMERGENCY TEMPORARY AUTHORITY UNDER THE TEMPORARY AUTHORITY PROVISIONS OF 49 U.S.C. 10928. THE COMMISSION'S PRESCRIBED IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES ARE SET FORTH IN 49 CFR 1131. TO MEET THE STATUTORY CRITERIA AN APPLICANT MUST ESTABLISH THERE IS A CONTINUING NEED FOR ITS SERVICE.
