Abstract: GRANTEES MUST SUBMIT THE "REQUEST FOR LETTER OF CREDIT" AND "AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE CARD FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS ON LETTER OF CREDIT" IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON THE LETTER OF CREDIT PAYMENT METHOD.
