Abstract: PAPAYA ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE FORMS ARE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM PAPAYA PRODUCERS, HANDLERS, AND PROCESSORS RELATING TO THE PAPAYAS DISPOSED OF BY THEM, AS WELL AS MAKE APPLICATION FOR BENEFITS, INCLUDING OBTAINING SPECIAL HANDLING PERMITS TO MAKE CERTAIN TYPES OF SHIPMENTS EXEMPT FROM REGULATION, AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE MARKETING ORDER.
