Abstract: FOOD STAMP REGULATIONS PART 273.18(F)(2) MANDATES THAT EACH STATE SUBM A FORM FNS-209 TO DETAIL THE STATES' ACTIVITIES RELATING TO CLAIMS AGAINST HOUSEHOLDS. THE REPORT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FNS WITH THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS, AMOUNTS RECOVERED AND RETURNED TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
