Abstract: THIS CLEARANCE PROVIDES FOR A REVISION TO THE CPS CONTROL CARD QUESTIONS ON TELEPHONE USE AND OWNERSHIP. IN ADDITION TO THE CURRENT TELEPHONE QUESTIONS TWO MORE WILL BE ADDED TO DETERMINE IF THERE IS A TELEPHONE IN THE HOUSING UNIT. DATA NEEDED FOR RANDOM DIGIT DIALING (RDD) RESEARCH.
