Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE PROVIDES INFORMATION ON INCOME, OCCUPATION, AND HOUSING CHARACTERISTICS OF WORKERS AT 10 TENNESSEE PLANTS. RESULTS AR ESSENTIAL IN DEVELOPING A TENNESSEE - SPECIFIC MODEL THAT FORECASTS ECONOMIC AND FISCAL EFFECTS OF NEW INDUSTRIAL LOCATIONS. OUTPUT WILL ANTICIPATE REVENUE GROWTH AND HOUSING, PUBLIC SERVICE, INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS, AND POTENTIAL LABOR FORCES.
