Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS STATUTORILY REQUIRED TO COMPUTE PAYMENTS DUE UNITS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNDER THE PAYMETS IN LIEU OF TAXES ACT (31 U.S.C. 1601-1607). THE ACT REQUIRES THAT THE GOVERNOR OF EACH STATE FURNISH A STATEMENT AS TO THE AMOUNTS PAID TO UNITS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNDER 11 RECEIPT SHARING STATUTES IN THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR. CFDA NUMBER 15.216.
