Abstract: PART 732 ESTABLISHES THE PROCEDURES AND CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL OF STATE PROGRAM SUBMISSIONS. THERE ARE TWO INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS IN THIS PART. 30 CFR 732.16(A) REQUIRES THE STATE TO ESTABLISH A SYSTEM OF REPORTING TO OSM ON INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE STATE. 30 CFR 732.17(B) REQUIRES APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE STATE PROGRAMS.
