AGREED TO BY THE AAGENCY. OMB WILL EXPECT OCR TO MODIFY THE TITLE
IX QUESTION FOR THE NEXT CYCLE SO THAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED ON
THE NUMBER OF SEX SEGREGATED CLASSES RATHER THAN THE ENROLLMENT IN
SUCH CLASSES. TO ASSURE THAT SCHOOLS HAVE AMPLE TIME TO REPROGRAM
COMPUTERS FOR THIS REPORTING CHANGE, OMB WILL EXPECT OCR TO NOTIFY
ALL STATE EDUCATION AGENCIES OF THIS CHANGE AT LEAST ONE YEA PRIOR
TO THE SCHOOL YEAR IN WHICH THE DATA WILL BE COLLECTED.
