Abstract: THE RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION SERVICE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE THE INSTALLATION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION AND RENEWABLE RESOURCE MEASURES IN RESIDENTIAL UNITS. THIS CLEARANCE REQUEST, TO BE IMPLEMENTED WHEN APPROVED IS FOR THE INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION PLANS AND ANNUAL REPORTS FOR THE PROGRAM.
