THESE APPLICATIONS INCLUDE THE RESULTS OF ANALYZER PERFORMANCE TESTS CONDUCTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION. IF APPROVED, THE ANALYZER IS ACCEPTABLE FOR USE IN STATE AND LOCAL SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS UNDER 40 CFR PART 58.
