Abstract: UNDER SECTION 10 OF THE UMT ACT, UMTA PROVIDES GRANTS TO STATE AND LOCAL PUBLIC BODIES AND AGENCIES THEREOF, WHO IN TURN SELECT MANAGERIA TECHNICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES TO RECEIVE TRAINING. IN OFFERIN THIS ASSISTANCE, UMTA HAS CHOSEN TO COMPLY WITH OMB SF 424 FOR OBTAINING THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO AWARD THE GRANT.
