Abstract: AUTH: SECTION 5 HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (PL93-383, 88 ATAT 633). REQUIRED BY 24 CFR 805.207 TO OBTAIN APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE HOUSING SITE. FORM PROVIDES HUD WITH DATA AND INFORMATION ABOUT SITE. NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF IT IS SUITABLE AND MEETS INDIAN HOUSING PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
