Abstract: THE PROPOSED RULE WILL REQUIRE PROVIDERS TO RETAIN FOR ONE YEAR COPIES OF PRICE LISTS AND STATEMENTS OF GOODS AND SERVICES SELECTED. THIS WI ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO EXAMINE THESE RECORDS AND VERIFY THAT FUNERAL PROVIDERS ARE COMPLYING WITH THE RULE BY PLACING CERTAIN REQUIRED DISCLOSURES ON THESE DOCUMENTS.
