Abstract: P.L. 93-400 REQUIRES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SYSTEM FOR COLLECTING, DEVELOPING, AND DISSEMINATING PROCUREMENT DATA WHICH TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE NEEDS OF CONGRESS, THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH, AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR. A FEDERAL PROCUREMENT DATA SYSTEM, OPERATED BY A FEDERAL PROCUREMENT DATA CENTER, WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE THIS DATA COLLECTION. THIS REPORT IS A DETAILED DATA RECORD OF EACH PROCUREMENT ACTION OVER $10,000.
