Abstract: A STUDY SUCH AS THE HISPANIC HEALTH AND NUTRITION EXAMINATION SURVEY (HHANES), ALTHOUGH PRECEDED BY SIMILAR SURVEYS IN THE NATIONAL POPULATION, HAS NEVER BEEN DONE IN THE HISPANIC POPULATION. THE PREVELANCE OF SELECTED DISEASES AND NORMATIVE VALUES FOR SELECTED HEAL CHARACTERISTICS WILL BE ESTIMATED AND RELATED TO THE USE OF HEALTH SERVICES.
