Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY IS TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON THE ECONOMIC STATUS OF RECENTLY ARRIVED SOUTHEAST ASIAN REFUGEES, TO DETERMINE THE PROCESS BY WHICH REFUGEES BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT, AND TO ASSESS THE IMPACT AND COST EFFECTIVENESS OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO ASSIST REFUGEES IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
