SURVEY COOPERATORS AR WOODCOCK HUNTERS WHO SEND CERTAIN BIOLOGICAL AND HARVEST DATA. FORM 3-156A, A BUSINESS REPLY FORM, SERVES AS THEIR REPORTING FORM.
