Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 521 OF P.L. 95-87. THE FILING OF INSPECTION REPORTS ARE NEEDED TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF OSM REGULATIONS AND THE INTENT OF P.L. 95-87. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY OSM AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN DETERMINING WHETHER AND HOW P.L. 95-87 IS BEING ENFORCED. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE STATE IN ASSESSING PENALITIES AS EVIDENCE IN ENFORCEMENT CASES AND AS AN INSPECTION MANAGEMENT RECORD.
