THEY ARE USED B THE DEPT. OF LABOR IN FORMULATING THEIR "OCCUPATIONAL OUTLOOK HANDBOOK AND BY THE NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL INFORMATION COORDINATING COMMITTEE IN ASSESSING MANPOWER INFORMATION. THE OFFICE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS USES THIS DATA IN COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION.
