The burden associated with Vehicle Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance is approved to March l983. The burden noted above is that estimated to result if proposed changes in an NPRM become final, a reduction of 2,611,453 hours from the old burden of 28,771,619 hours. This item is approved conditionally, depending on the outcome of the rulemaking. Near the time the final rule is issued, the package must be resubmitted to ensure coordination with the substance of the final rule.
