Abstract: THIS INTERIM FINAL RULEMAKING PROVIDES GUIDANCE ON IMPLEMENTING SECTIO 107 AND 108 OF THE OMNIBUS RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1981, P.L. 97-35, WHI REQUIRES STATE AGENCIES TO IMPLEMENT A MONTHLY REPORTING/RETROSPECTIVE BUDGETING (MRRB) SYSTEM. THIS SF-83 AND SUPPORTING STATEMENT UPDATE THE MODEL FOOD STAMP FORMS PACKAGE TO INCLUDE MRRB.
