APPLICATION OBTAINS INFORMATION ON BUSINESS ORGANIZATION, LIVESTOCK HANDLING, AND CURRENT ASSETS AND LIABILITIES. APPLICANT MUSHT SHOW SOLVENCY AND OBTAIN PROPER BOND COVERAGE BEFORE REGISTRATION CAN BE APPROVED.
