Abstract: THE SIGNIFICANT GROWTH OF THE USFMG POPULATION IN THE LAST DECADE INCREASED THEIR IMPORTANCE AS A PHYSICIAN MANPOWER SOURCE. INFO. ON THIS POPULATION OF PHYSICIANS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. SUCH INFO. WI ASSIST HRA IN DEFINING THE ROLE OF USFMG'S, ASSESSING THE DEGREE TO WHICH THEY MEET GEOGRAPHICAL AND SPECIALTY DISTRIBUTION, NEEDS, & DEVELOPING POLICIES THAT WILL MAXIMIZE THE UTILITY OF USFMG'S AS A PHYSICIAN SUPPLY SOURCE.
