Abstract: SECTIONS 507(B), 508(A), AND 516(B) OF P.L. 95-87 REQUIRES APPLICANTS FOR UNDERGROUND MINE PERMITS TO PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION OF EACH EXISTING STRUCTURE PROPOSED TO BE USED IN THE MINING OR RECLAMATION OPERATION AND A COMPLIANCE PLAN FOR STRUCTURES PROPOSED TO BE MODIFIED OR CONSTRUCTED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION.
