Abstract: EACH QUARTER, THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONTACT PERSON, SELECTED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS DIRECTOR, WOULD RECEIVE A QUESTIONNAIRE FROM THE NIC INFORMATION CENTER REQUESTING SPECIFIED INFORMATION REGARDING TOPICS SUCH AS PRISON LITIGATION, LEGISATION AND SYSTEM CAPACITY.
