Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is approved through October l984 provided that ED modifies the program announcement to require that an institution with a Title VIII Cooperative Education program already in place submit only the standard assistace form (ED-886). A new applicant would also have to submit the Assurances and Conditions form a signed Civil Rights Certificate, and Part V - Assurance. ED should provide OMB with a copy of the modified announcement by 7/30/82.
