Abstract: THIS IS A TELEPHONE SURVEY DESIGNED TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF FEDERAL POLICYMAKERS BY (1) EXAMINING PARENTAL CHOICE IN EDUCATION (2) BY PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT WHETHER A FEDERAL TUITION TAX CREDIT WOULD BE AN INCENTIVE FOR PARENTS TO CHANGE THEIR SCHOOLING CHOICE FOR THEIR CHILD, AND (3) BY CONTRIBUTING INFORMATION TO BE USED IN THE NATIONAL DEBATE OVER THE PROMOTION OF CHOICE IN EDUCATION.
