Abstract: FORM U-5 IS NEEDED TO CARRY OUT THE SEC'S INVESTIGATIVE AND REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES OVER SECO BROKER-DEALERS. IT WILL BE USED TO ASCERTA WHICH ASSOCIATED PERSONS HAVE BEEN TERMINATED FROM SECO BROKER-DEALERS AND THE REASON FOR THE TERMINATION. THE FORM WILL BE PROPOSED IN MAY 1982.
