Abstract: STAFF OF GOVERNORS ARE REQUESTED TO DESCRIBE SPECIFIC ELEMENTS OF INFORMATION ON THEIR EXPECTED ACTIVITIES FOR THE 9 NEW 1982 BLOCK GRAN VIA TELEPHONE CONVERSATION. INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE FEDERAL AUDITORS EARLY INFORMATION ON WHICH TO MAKE AN ASSESSMENT OF THE ANTICIPATED ADEQUACY OF STATES AUDITS, AND THUS AVOID NEEDLSS BURDENSO SEPARATE REVIEWS OF STATES' AUDIT ACTIVITIES.
