Abstract: PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR STRENGTHENING EXISTING POOL OPERATIONS THROUG COORDINATION WITH OTHER POOLS, MERGER, OR OTHER MEANS FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY. INFORMATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO GREATER STANDARDIZTION AMONG POOLS BY IDENTIFYING FACTORS SUCH AS TERMS OF SALE. THIS INFORMATION WILL ALLOW POOLS TO COMPARE THEIR OPERATIONS TO THOSE OF OTHER POOLS AND OFFSET AN INDUSTRY IMBALANCE IN MARKET POWER.
