Abstract: THE CANCER INFORMATION SERVICE PROVIDES THE GENERAL PUBLIC, CANCER PATIENTS AND FAMILIES, AND HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION ON CANCER. THIS EVALUATION PILOT-TEST INVOLVES ASKING CIS USERS FIVE QUESTIONS, INCLUDING THREE ON DEMOGRAPHICS. THE RESULTING INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY NATIONAL MANAGEMENT TO FINALIZE FIELD EVALUATION PLANS.
