Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE 30 CFR PART 211 ARE NECESSARY TO T MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE FOR REGULATING EXPLORATION FOR FEDERAL COA AND MINING OPERATIONS ON FEDERAL COAL REGARDING PRODUCTION, DEVELOPMEN RESOURCE RECOVERY AND PROTECTION, ROYALTIES, DILIGENT DEVELOPMENT, CONTINUED OPERATION, AND MAXIMUM ECONOMIC RECOVERY UNDER THE MINERAL LEASING ACT OF 1920, AS AMENDED.
