Abstract: FORMS ARE USED TO GATHER TAX AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL TRANSFER DATA, ACTU USE OF FEDERAL GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS AND GOVERNMENT FINANCE INFORMATION. DATA ARE EMPLOYED TO DETERMINE REVENUE SHARING ALLOCATIONS, TO ANALYZE REVENUE SHARING EXPENDITURES FOR CONFORMANCE WITH PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS, AND FOR USE IN STATISTICAL SERIES ON STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
