Abstract: FORM IS USED BY FOREIGN COUNTRIES IMPORTING BOURBON WHISKEY FROM THE U.S. TO DETERMINE ITS QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CALLED "BOURBON WHISKEY" AS A DISTINCTIVE PRODUCT OF THE U.S. THIS FORM DESCRIBES THE SHIPMENT OF WHISKEY AND A CERTIFICATION BY A U.S. GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL AS TO ITS STATUS AS BOURBON WHISKEY.
