Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AGREEMEN (MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING) THAT HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED AND SIGNED BETWEEN STATE VR AGENCIES AND THE SASFAA. THE EVALUATION WILL EXAMINE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THOSE AGREEMENTS AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE COORDINATION OF FINANCIAL AID FROM VR AGENCIES AND SFA TO ELIGIBLE HANDICAPPED STUDENTS.
