Abstract: THE PROGRESS REPORT IS THE VEHICLE THROUGH WHICH NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AUTHORIZATION OF PELL FUNDS ARE MADE, BASED ON THE ACTUAL DEMAN FOR FUNDS AS REFLECTED BY THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE PELL RECIPIENTS. IT INTENDED TO MONITOR THE ALLOCATION OF PELL GRANT FUNDS FOR A GIVEN FUNDING PERIOD AND TO REPORT THE PAYMENT OF THESE FUNDS BY INSTITUTION TO STUDENT RECIPIENTS.
