Abstract: THE PRODUCTION, EMPLOYEE, EMISSION, AND WASTE DISPOSAL INFORMATION TO BE REPORTED BY PRODUCERS, IMPORTERS, AND PROCESSORS OF ASBESTOS IS NEEDED BY FEDERAL AGENCIES TO IDENTIFY ACTIVITIES FOR WHICH CONTROL OF ASBESTOS EXPOSURE IS NECESSARY AND JUDGE HOW REGULATORY OR VOLUNTAR ACTIONS WOULD AFFECT EXPOSURE LEVELS AND COMPETITIVE MARKETS.
