Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FROM OWNERS AND OPERATORS. IT INCLUDES TRIAL BURDEN INFORMATION, PART B PERMIT APPLICATION AND MONITORING AND INSPECTION FOR INCINERATORS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE NEEDED BY EPA PERMIT WRITING TEAMS TO EVALUATE PART B PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND TO ENSURE THAT A FACILITY ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS CAPABLE OF MEETING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.
