Abstract: THIS ICR IS FOR A QUESTIONNAIRE WHICH WILL BE USED TO COLLECT BACKGROU DATA AND RESPITORY DISEASE HISTORY FOR A STUDY OF CHILDREN'S RESPIRATORY FUNCTION IN RELATION TO AIR POLLUTION. THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY ARE NEEDED BY THE AGENCY PRIOR TO THE 1983 REVISION OF THE AIR QUALITY CRITERIA DOCUMENT FOR PHOTOCHEMICAL OXIDANTS.
