Abstract: PLANNING PROGRAM FINANCIAL RECORDKEEPING AND PERIODIC STATUS REPORTS REQUIRED OF ALL FEDERALLY-SUPPORTED PROGRAMS BY OMB CIRCULAR A-102 PROVIDE INFORMATION ON OBLIGATIONS, EXPENDITURES, AND BALANCES FOR EAC LINE ITEM IN A STATE'S WORK PROGRAM. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO MONITOR PROGRAM EXECUTION BY STATE HIGHWAY AND LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AGENCIES.
