Terms of Clearance: One year clearance. The Commission currently has pending rulemaking dockets which may result in near-term changes to Form M. (See for example 47 FR 36660) In addition, revisions in the uniform system of accounts in Docket 78-196 may have extensive impact on all Form M schedules. Prior to renewal, OMB would like to also explore steps that can be taken to rely to a greater extent on automated reporting in this area.
