Abstract: FEDERAL EMPLOYEES WHO, AS A RESULT OF A TRANSFER OF WORK FROM IN-HOUSE TO CONTRACT, RECEIVE COMPARABLE EMPLOYMENT OFFERS FROM THE CONTRACTOR OR WHO GO TO WORK FOR THE CONTRACTOR WITHIN 90 DAYS OF TRANSFER, ARE INELIGIBLE FOR SEVERANCE PAY. THIS CLAUSE REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT INFORMATION REGARDING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.
