Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE WEATHERIZATION INTEGRITY OF RESIDENCES IN THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY REGION. THE DATA WILL BE COMPARED TO STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY THE HOME INSULATION PROGRAM FOLLOWED BY RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CONSUMERS OUTLINING THE METHODS AND ACTIONS NECESSARY TO CONSERVE AND MANAGE ELECTRICAL ENERGY.
