Abstract: THE CROP INSURANCE POLICY PROVIDES THAT ANY CLAIM FOR LOSS SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THE INSURED ON A FORM PRESCRIBED BY THE CORPORATION. THE FORM IS USED IN ADJUSTING LOSSES DUE TO NSURED CAUSES UNDER THE CITRUS CROP INSURANCE PROGRAM. INSUREDS, WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE ADJUSTER WILL ESTABLISH AND RECORD DATA REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF LOSS.
