PART 245 SETS FORTH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR USE B STATE ADMINISTERING AGENCIES AND LOCAL PROGRAM OPERATORS IN DOCUMENTIN THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH ESTAB.
