Abstract: THE INFORMATION AND COLLECTION AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS OF 30 CF PART 221 ENABLE OPERATION TO BE APPROVED. THEY PROVIDE FOR TECHNICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS, AND MONITORING OF OIL AND GA DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
