Abstract: PRESENTLY, HARVEST REPORTS ARE REQUIRED EACH MONTH FROM ALL FISHERS WHETHER THEY FISHED THAT MONTH OR NOT. THE REPORT WOULD BE REQUIRED ONLY FOR MONTHS FISH ARE CAUGHT. THIS CHANGE IS BEING PROPOSED BECAUS THE VALU OF NEGATIVE REPORTS IS NOT ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY THE ADDITIONAL BURDEN ON THE PUBLIC.
