Abstract: THE STATE PROJECT PRIORITY LISTS RANK PROJECTS ELIGIBLE FOR GRANTS BY ESTABLISHED CRITERIA, USING A PRIORITY SYSTEM. THE LIST CONSISTS OF A FUNDABLE AND A PLANNING PORTION. FY 83 IS ONLY REQUIRED SUBMISSION, HOWEVER, STATES MAY UPDATE FUNDABLE PORTION AT THEIR DISCRETION FOR SUBSEQUENT YEARS.
